One-Hand Backhand

Anyone know any details how to do this? I watch some youtube videos but then i get bored within 10 seconds and then i go back to federer vids xDD

so yeah... the one-hand backhand is really interesing. When balls are out of reach of my two hand backhand, i think having a one hand backhand is just as useful. Wai not go for a strong one hand instead of slicin?

also its addicting and fun to try out, i dunno why

Anyone wanna give specific details on how to add more power to groundstrokes?

The efficiency thing Ben talked with me about works, but to tell the truth, i've been using it only to keep consistent rallies, my timing is still off

IT did help with my strokes somehow. After that, i noticed that my forehand got more solid and that i can somehow use less effort to generate the same power as i used to do with a full and fast swing. D:

oh and the efficiency thing was simply starting off ...

I have a really wild ball toss. This is affecting my serve form, making it useless overall as I have to adapt to the numerous tosses I throw every serve, also costing me many service games. Up till now, I have tried holding the ball in my fingertips and releasing as my hand comes to about my head's heights (although I am not sure if I am doing this correctly). I also tried the excersise where I put a racquet on the floor and after a few day's of practice, about 15minutes per day. I am not progressing ...

I tend to do a reverse forehand when a high ball comes at me. Its like, not high enough for an overhead but not that low either. Kind of like a ball with lots of topspin and I can't back up in time. What should I do? Sort of jump and do a normal forehand? Stay on the ground and do a higher stroke?
Hey guys. From what I have learned of tennis all my life, I have concluded that there must be 3 key components to a good tennis player. They are: skill level (knowing how to play), mental toughness (being able to combine your mind and skills to win a point), and physical capacity. Our practices/conditioning often work on all three; however, not in equal amounts. Mentality is something you mostly develop on your own, and skills can be learned with the team and outside the team. As for physical ...

This vid is the best amateur doubles i have ever seen. If we could play half as well as that then we would win haal for sure. Really focus on the start position of the vollyer on the service side. He doesnt guard the line at all and always goes for the cross court. none of the people hit really hard but they're accurate and dont make mistakes. So much more to say about it.

I jump backwards for "close" shots when I have to make up for weak footwook and perception of the ball. What is everyone's opinion on jumping? Does jumping forward during a shot more power and pace? What about vs. staying on ground? Any tips for making the best forehand/backhand on the jump? I also tend to jump sideways with what I *guess semi-open stance as a reaction to faster balls, is that bad?

While on the topic of jumping, ive tried split stepping by doing a small hop has ...

I would like to improve my first and second serve. So, does anyone have tips, hints, or advice for serves? Right now, my first serve is a flat and I kind of don't have a second serve. So for a second serve, which serve should I use, slice, or kick/twist, or a slower flat? And any opinions? I've tried using slices or kick/twist, but they don't seem to do what they're supposed to do or go in. Help!!!

My forehand stance is often forced to hit open because I don't have enough time or quickness to set my feet. What are some things I can do to improve foot speed/reaction so I can set up a lot easier and faster?

Also, I was wondering if emulating a pro's groundstrokes and stance (forehand, backhand etc) would help or worsen my game.
